Returns and withdrawal policy
In case you are not completely satisfied with a product bought at you can exchange or return it, without giving reasons, within 14 days after the day of your purchase. The product has to be in its original and undamaged state, and in the original packaging if possible. Shipping (costs and risk) is the sender's responsability. The product should be properly packaged and you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. Please mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. We will send you an e-mail as soon as we have received your return.

A return is not accepted when:

  • goods are damaged
  • the return wasn't announced
  • goods aren't resaleable anymore

After having received your complaint we'll send you a confirmation. You will receive an answer within 14 days. Should we need more time, we'll let you know the soonest possible.

When you're not satisfied with our customer service, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. Shouldn't the mediation be succesful, it's also possible to submit your dispute to the Arbitration Committee (Geschillencommissie SGC).
