The fictional superhero Batman first appeared in Detective Comics # 27, and was created by artist Bob Kane and writer Bill Finger. Batman is vor partly inspired by another masked crime fighters like Zorro and The Shadow. Bob Kane had the idea to draw Batman by a drawing of Lenonardo Da Vinci.
